Half Marathon Training Programs

Lynx Running’s Half Marathon Programs are available in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Training Programs usually last 24 weeks, but can be adapted to the available time frame for a goal race. We offer 2 weekly Running Workouts, a Tuesday Interval Session at Mission Bay and an Endurance Run offered through Milestone Running.

  • Beginner Programs are written to get you to the finish line. Cost is $100

  • Intermediate Programs are designed to help you improve your times. Cost is $150

  • Advanced Programs are designed to be customized for the individual to work within their history and setting new goals. Cost is $200
